PDC Crashed

I had PDC name server and BDC named backup server in windows 2000, my PDC
crashed, BDC is giving authentication services, now I want to install new
windows 2000 and want to make it PDC or my existing network and BDC, how
will I accomplish this task.

The PDC/BDC distinction has largely gone away in Windows 2000. Before
installing your replacement DC, run a metatdata cleanup on the existing DC
to remove any references to the failed server:

Once that's done, seize all FSMO roles to the existing DC:

Clean up/remove any DNS or WINS entries to the failed server.

Then you can run DCPromo on the new server and add it as an additional
controller in an existing domain.
