PCX file extension

When I get an email attachment that has a pcx file
extension I can't find a program to open it on my
computer. What do I need to install to be able to open
this kind of file attachment to my email?

MS Office can insert them. The editor with office can open them. Paint with windows can also open them but not save them.

programs available at any price. It will handle .pcx and most other common(and
not so common) formats.
