PCMCIA Modem and Win2k

Hi,
i have some problem with an pcmcia modem.
the modem is an motorola montana.
the modem is guaranteed okay.
windows install the modem as a standard pcmcia card modem.
if i attempt to open the port, windows give me the message opencomm: port
can not opened.

habe hier leider ein Problem mit nem PCMCIA Modem.
Modem ist ein Motorola Montana.
Windows 2000 inst. das Gerät als Standard PCMCIA Card Modem,
versuche ich den Anschluss zu öffnen (Modem abfragen) kommt die
Fehlermeldung:
Opencomm: Anschluss kann nicht geöffnet werden.
habe modem schon deinstalliert installiert. den com port geändert usw.
das eingebaute modem im Notebook funktioniert.
Das modem ist okay!

Check the Properties and the Resources of the Montana modem. Verify that the
modem is installed on COM3, IRQ5.

Note: the Motorola Montana modem will not appear on the hardware
compatibility list for Windows NT 4.0. It is acceptable if it is listed as a
Standard 28800 bps Modem on COM3, it will still work correctly.
