pcmcia card detection impossible

Hi,

I just got a notebook PC and installed win2000 on it...
The two pcmcia port are present in the peripherals manager
but my card is not recognized. Actually, nothing happen
when I plug it, no new device detected. I tried the add
device manager but it didn't worked either. Did somebody
have the same problem ?

I just can say that the pcmcia is working cause I run
WinXP on the same PC with success with the same pcmcia
card...

My config : sony notebook FR215E, Win2000 SP4, NetGear
PCMCIA card

Did you go to the hardware manufacturer's support site for Windows 2000 compatible drivers?
