PCL and PS converters

Are there converters for:

1. Converting PS to PCL
2. Converting PS to RTF or Text
3. Converting PCL to RTF or Text.
4. Converting PCL to PS.

Yes. 1 and 2 can be done by ghostscript (for 2 only text).
For 3 and 4 you need some pcl interpeter such as sviftview, but i'm not
sure if sviftview allows to save produced page to some raster format
(which can be then used by OCR for 3 or ghostscript for 4).
