I have a exclamation mark over my PCI Simple Communications Controller, What Should I do? How does this affect my real player or WIndows Media player? it sounds like the Matrix.

Do you have an internal modem in a PCI slot? That's probably what is this
device. Did you install the drivers for it? Then Windows can recognize
this device and you won't see the exclamation point for it in Device
Manager.
