When I installed my Hauppage TV card the first time it was listed under
"other devices"
I can remember exactly what it was called but once I installed the drivers
it was correctly identified and moved to "sounds,video&game controllers".
If not there check to make sure you have it fully inserted into the PCI
slot...new ones can be tricky.
