pci driver?

I have this pci card which have a RJ45 port. On the card, it has chip label as
" Efficient Networks, Inc
LANAI
099-0530-002
EA 6BN3VVJ "

Another chip block as VALOR
SF1153

It also have 2 chips of identical markings
CY7C199-25VC
9639 213102

I wish to install this card into the pc and any idea where can aI get this
driver. I have look at google unfortunately unable to make any thing out of
it. Appreciate if someone can assist, thanks

sounds like you have a network card. Windows should have
the drivers. Turn your computer OFF, unplug the power cord,
open the case and install the card. Close it, power it and
turn it ON. It should install.

If the card is not automatically detected as Jim suggests, you can try here
http://www.efficient.com. You will be redirected to a Siemens web site.
Look around in their support area for drivers. I guess Siemens took over
Efficient Networks at some time.
