PCD thumbnails in Windows Explorer

How can I get Windows Explorer to provide thumbnail views of the PCD
filetype?

My Newsgroup access is very limited, so a copy of your reply to
(e-mail address removed) would be especially appreciated

The thumbnail feature only works with certain file types. You might
want to try IRfanview, http://www.irfanview.com/. Sorry no email support.
 
Thanks for the reply, Rock.

I checked out Irfanview. It says it will view but not save PCD files. It
does not appear to link to Explorer so as to provide the thumbnail
capability I'm seeking.

Kodak also provides a viewer.
