PC133 in a Sempron System?

uh!

I'm planning a system for someone. Due to budget constraints, this
person wants to cut out the DDR333 RAM. Is it possible to run some old
PC133 on a A7N8X-E Deluxe mainboard with a Sempron 2600+? Doesn't sound
possible to me since FSB aren't usually independent for RAM and CPU, right?

Thanks for all replies.

That m/b only has DDR slots, no SDRAM support. PC2100 (DDR266) ram will run
on it. May be less expensive than PC2700 (DDR333) ram.

In other words, PC133 is SDRAM which is both electrically and
physically different from DDR SDRAM, and will not even fit in a DDR
slot. No, you can't use it on an A7N8X-E Dx mainboard.

The chipset does not support PC133. 512MB of PC2700 is around $60. All
socket A boards that support the Sempron are going to be DDR only.
