I have had the 300W power supply in my min ATX case go bad.
Its out of warranty and the dealer is out of business.
A search on internet has been of little help. I can find power supplies of
lower wattage that are the same size but my load is at 300W.

The original power supply is made by STATPOWER SKX for Pentium IV.
Model: MIC-4001
Size 4"(125) H x 2.5"(64) W x 5"(125)D

Any help would be appreciated

Any standard ATX PSU will fit. Just make sure its at least 300W,
preferably 400W and a decent brand name.

If Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened
rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic
music.

A standared size PSU will Into fit in a min ATX case. It is 5.875" (150)H
x 3.375" (85)W
x 5.625" (143)D

I recently bought an Aspire XQPack micro-ATX case. I've had some
problems getting it up with a PCCHIPS M825G v 9.2A mob. I've isolated
the problem to the 2x2 pin 12 volt power connection. Apparently the
psu and mob 12volt power connectors are too incompatible, The
relevance to you is it has had me browsing the web/newsgroups recently.
I'd say its a fair consensus, at least with this case, that folks feel
that a standard size ATX PSU will work especially if you use one of the
shorter-than-average size CDROM/DVDROM that are readily available
(little, if any, extra cost).

Note I am not saying this from personal knowledge, just repeating what
I've read. The PSU that came with my XQPack is nominally 420 Watts and
is shorter than the standard PSU, about 2/3 of an inch.

Hope that helps.

Thank You for your replie. I have enoigh room for the length of a standard
PSU, but the higth and width are too great to fit between the case and mob.
Andy came up with two possibilties, that I may have to use. If its coo;ing
fan blows outward and can be turned over, they are usable, other wise the
fan output is right up aginst the CPU. A real heat problem, I belive.
