I dont have my CD key anymore, I am well aware of the magical jellybean
style products available but is there a boot CD that can scrub my hard drive
and look for my CD-KEY? I cant get into windows anymore so I cant run
magical jellybean keyfinder =/.

I don't think there is a way to do it. What is it that keeps your
XP from booting ? Is your XP an OEM version or Retail ?

Drew,

FYI, if you have a factory-installed OEM license, and haven't reinstalled
the OS, the revealed Product Key (found by applications like Keyfinder and
Belarc Advisor) is that of the drive image used at the factory. It is not
_your_ specific Product Key; therefore, it cannot be used for a
re-installation and it may not activate.

This is true of my computers from DELL.
