PC crash and PID codes and Microsoft help

Hi,
I run a small e-bay business from home. I have 4 PCs - 2 running XP HE, one
running XP-PE, and one running ME (I have a few DOS only programs that just
run better on ME).
I had the power to the house go out a few weeks ago while all four PCs were
on. The ME and the XP-PE came thorough without a problem.
The two-HE copies have had problems. I finally got one back up and running.
It works well. I had to purchase a copy of XP CDs to get the machine working.
(no CDs came with any of the machines).
The second XP-ME I had to reinstall with the newly purchased CDs. I had no
problem re-activating on-line without talking to anyone at Microsoft.
I have four (4) product keys for the three machines with one set of CDs. The
second XP-HE machine came up with the CD re-installation. However, it has
locked itself down and will not allow me to re-register with microsoft. This
is irratating, but I also understand that if people had been honest about not
paying for copies of DOS and 9x, Microsoft would not have had to come up with
a cumbersome lockdown system.
I tried to call microsoft about getting the system activated. I got a person
that had such a heavy accent that I could not understand him and could not
explain the situation to him.
I tried to e-mail microsoft but they want to charge my $59 for the e-mail
support. I do not think I should have to pay for it.
I have four valid copies of XP (three that came with the PCs) and one that I
purchased without a PC. I have 3 legit copies of Win 98, 2 of win 95, and two
of win ME along with valid copies of DOS 6.1 and 6.22, Dos 5, and even Dos
3.2 that I still have.
I do not think I should have have to pay for service to get my copy of Win
XP HE re-activated. (I really did not think I should have been charged for
the CDs I purchased to get the systems back up and running, but that is a
different issue).
How can I get Microsofts help to re-activate my PC without having to pay for
an additional copy of XP or a service support?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
