The Visual Basic .NET Resource Kit* contains (among other good things) a
PayPal component from ComponentOne. There is a VB sample project to go along
with this component.

There is a paypal control included in the free controls from
componentone in the asp.net and vb.net resource kits. There are samples
included with the controls.

However, don't expect support from component one (even if you buy a
subscription). you won't get it.

The new ASP.NET Resource kit has /n Software's Paypal module I beleive.
which is a much more reputable company.
