Payment calculator

I am running Excel 2002 in Windows 2000. I tried to program a mortgage
payment using =PMT(Rate/12,Term,Loan Amount) ...but it doesn’t give me the
correct answer. I have MANY older excel files using the same formula that I
imported to my computer, and they all work fine. It's just when I try to
write a new formula...

Example: For a $100,000 loan at 10.0% for 360 months, the payment SHOULD BE
$877.57; when I try to write the program now, I get $83,333.33. Just a bit
off!

Did they change the program somehow, do I need a patch, or is it just
screwed-up? BTW, my partner's program does the EXACT SAME THING?!

Excel 2003 and 2000

Using 10% I get 877.57

Using 1000% I get 83333.33

Check your inputs.
