Pathways for "Plugin" .ini files to Windows

I'm working with PSP8 and PI8 and have a 3rd party plugin
which requires it's ".ini" file to be placed into
the "Windows" folder.

I'm very new to XP, and cannot find the "Windows"
folder. I did a search, and came up with lots
of "Windows".

Does anyone have an idea on the proper "Pathway" for this
one tiny little ".ini" file???

I'd sure appreciate it!!! Thanks in advance,

To find your "Windows" folder...right click your
Start button and choose "Explore" this will
bring up your file tree. Scroll down to the
"Windows" folder. Mine is located just below
"Temp".
