No that's not true. If you want to copy the path then when you are in
folder e.g. cccc, type \ (b-slash)
and a drop-down list will appear with a list of files. Select the file name
using Up/Down arrows and copy the path.

Open a Folder
Click TOOLS menu & choose OPTIONS
On the VIEW tab you have near the top 'SHOW FULL PATH IN ADDRESS BAR' &
'SHOW FULL TITLE IN TITLE BAR'
Check both of them, click APPLY then click OK
