I removed the old 256mb memory and installed a new 512mb memory.
Ran AutoCAD (ADT 3.3) and certain commands did not work, like PROPERTIES.
Removed the new memory and reinstalled the old.
No change.
I RUN the installation disk and click “Repairâ€
I did not help.
I RUN the disk again and tell it to re-install the program.
I did not help.
I then do a SYSTEM RESTORE from Windows XP (HE), back two weeks, prior to
installing the memory.
I have downloaded and installed the Service Pack for Autodesk ADT 3.3, still
will not let me reinstall the program and the ADT functions are still
missing!
All the Basic AutoCAD function work but none of the Autodesk Architectural
Desktop functions do not work.
Now when I try to RUN the disk I get the error message "This Patch Package
could not be opened....."

I haven't run AutoCAD myself, but normally a hardware change such as
adding RAM would not affect the way a program works at all in terms of
its usage. It might run better, but adding RAM shouldn't make a
program's functions not work. You should probably contact the AutoCAD
tech support people.
