Patch not seeing SP1

I have downloaded a patch from q817177. When I open the exe. I get a prompt
which says SP 1 must be installed. It is. Is there any problem with
running it again?

The prompt is probably signalling you that you don't need that patch.
Use your OE Help About to check this. Press Alt-H,A, and type m twice.
What version do you see for mshtml.dll? I suspect that you will see
6.0.2800.1276 which probably supersedes the version that you are
trying to install.
