Pasting the clipboard into a command prompt window

One can paste the content of the clipboard into a command prompt window
by right-clicking its title bar and choosing Edit/Paste, or if QuickEdit
mode is active, by right-clicking anywhere in the window.

Is there any key combination that does not need the mouse to paste the
clipboard into a command prompt window, just like one can paste into a
normal GUI window with Ctrl-V or Shift-Insert?

This should work under Windows 2000 and/or XP.
