I changed the Macros using the instructions found at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010429611033.ASPX and now I am
having trouble with my margins. I went to the Macros and set it up to paste
unformatted text, and after I did that, when I type the text does not reach
my right margin. I found that if I go to Columns and click for One Column the
text will reach the right margin. How do I set Word 2003 so I do not have to
click on One Column each time I start it up for the text to reach my right
margin?

There is no file on my Computer named Normal.dot, however I did try to save a
normal document (Document1) formatted with One Column. Each time I open up
Word 2003 from my Quick Launch I still have the same problem. Thank you for
trying.

If you are having this problem, then I assure you that you do have a file
named Normal.dot. If you have Windows XP, then the folder it is in is a
hidden folder, and when you search, you have to click the Advanced button
and specifically tell Windows to search hidden and system folders. If you
search manually by browsing to the location specified at Tools | Options |
File Locations, then you have to set Windows Explorer (Tools | Folder
Options | View) to display hidden files and folders.
