I am working with Excel 2003 using lists to manage client data. Whenever I
try to past a large amount of data into the list it will not automatically
resize the list to accomodate the information. Is there a way to make the
list expand based on the range that I am trying to paste into it?

Thank You

Depends on what you are trying to do.
One way would be to define your 'Range' as whole columns, for example
if your range occupies 5 columns you can define your range 'List' as
=Sheet1!$A:$E. This will automatically account for all additions in
the list.

I am working on a list that needs to be able to expand as needed for client
information. The list can not be the entire column as there are a lot of
worksheet specific data above the list and then several calculations below
the list using all of the information in the list. I have suggested changing
the layout of the worksheet but my employer wants to keep the basic format of
the worksheet as they have had it for the last 5 years.
