in outlook 2000 sp3 how do i copy a html page from a web page to outlook to
send as html?

what link do i go to to upgrade to outlook 2003 and can this be done without
upgrading my ms office?

There is no such link. If you want to upgrade to a later version of
Outlook, you must buy it. It's usually more cost-effective to purchase an
Office upgrade, since the cost of an Outlook license is about 85-90% of the
cost of an Office license. Yes, you can upgrade just Outlook, but you'll
lose much of the integration with the rest of Office. For example, you
won't be abe to use Word as your mail editor.
