Pasting a multi-page word file into an Excel worksheet(s)

I need to paste a word file with instructions for the use of a spreadsheet
into the workbook. I would like a separate tab or two for instructions.
When I do a simple paste, I have to double click to activate the word
document and scroll through. Is there a better way? Thanks
 
An embedded Word document will only show one page. You could separate
the text into two Word documents, and insert both into the Excel file.

One way:
Insert >> Object >> Create new >> Microsoft Word document
