Paste Special question

Is it at all possible to paste only cell values all the time? Like
setting in excel? Id like to normally paste values only in this shee
without the formatting..

Hi
there's no build-in flag for setting this option. You could create a
macro which only paste values (using the macro recorder for example)
and assign a shortcut/button to this macro

Why not add the paste values icon to your toolbar?
right click toolbar>customize>commands>edit>select the box with 12
