Paste - match destination

Is there any way in Office 2007 to make the Match Destination option
available to all users (in an office) as a default? I had expected if I
added it to the templates (and normal.dotm) it would be the first option when
pasting, but it reverts to the defaults.

We use documents with styles and if users do not use the "match destination
formatting" option when pasting into the documents, it makes the formatting
take twice as long.

I've looked in Group Policies and can't find anything in there either - so
am asking in desperation.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

You should be able to do this with a macro that you install for each user.
Ask in a programming newsgroup such as microsoft.public.word.vba.general for
assistance.

Hi Stefan - thanks for your response. I'm really surprised, having added the
facility to change it in options, that MS haven't allowed it to be
"programmed" as a default. I presume that we could add the macro to the
normal.dotm that is used by all our users.
