Password

My boss had forgotten his password for ms windows 2000
professional built on NT Tech. When we boot the computer
we cannot get past username and password to get to our
desktop. It has not ask for the password in some time.
Now that i installed a network card to be connected to a
router to have internet access, it created this problem.
Someone please help!!!

there are several tools, witch can assign a new password

but i can't post it here, its not legal.
