I would like to syncchronize my user passwords on the
domain and their pc. Basically I want my user to have the
same password when they log into the domain or when they
log only inot their computers. My users have windows 2000
and XP pcs and The PDC is a windows 2003 server. Can this
be done? and if yes How??

Simple answer - don't use any local user accounts at all for users. Have
them always log into the domain - even when offline, they can use cached
credentials. Why maintain two user profiles and all that mess anyway?

Okay, Then how can I force them to use only the domain
accounts?? and not have the option of using the local
accounts...

Get rid of the local accounts. :-)

If there is no local account, they can't log on. W2K isn't like Win98. The
account has to exist before you can log on.

I'm assuming that you are talking about local logon to the workstation, not
the server. In that case, log onto the workstation as administrator and
delete all local accounts other than admins.

Don't create any local accounts and don't give them administrator rights so they
can create their own.
