password recovery

I have forgotten my password.I'm the administrator and
sole user of my pc Windows Xp Home edition Pentium 4 a
Dell Dimension pc.
I cant get to the desk top.
Needs help.

Try following my post here: NB: This will only work if your hard-drive is NTFS formatted.
