Password protecting 1 page

I manage a website on behalf of the school where I teach. I want to give the
PTA members their own webpage so they can update it regularly. How do I give
1 page of my web its own password without allowing this parent access to the
whole school site?

....so, you'd have to create a subweb for each PTA member.
check with your host to see if they allow for subwebs
