password protected subweb

The website I'm workin on is http://gailbird.com. She has another domain
igolochkoy.com that she wants to use strictly for wholesale. I need to create
a subweb with that domain. What I was thinking is to put a button on
gailbird.com called wholesale.

This is where my problem starts. In order for me to give out the password,
the client needs to fill out a form with their info. Then I need to give them
a password to access "wholesale website". After that, they need to get just a
login page to get in. I already worked with the microsoft article "how to
create a password protected....", but I need to customize better...

How do I do that? I am working with Frontpage 2003. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

You really need to look into create a server-side application written in whatever scripting language
is supported on the server hosting the site with a database, as this will always all the flexibility
that you will need, if written well.
