Password protected .pst files

I have password protected my .pst file in Outlaaok 2003. I need to
remove the password. Is there any way of doing this. I have to export
some of my mail folders to another users machine. The export routine
asks me for the passord before producing the .pst file for export. I
enter the password and fine all this works and the .pst file is
produced.

When I try and import this file into the other system it tells me that
I don't have the rights to do this. Having tried everything I can
think of I can only think I need to remove the original password from
my outlook personal folders.

Help please!!

Oh yes I have tried exporting to .CSV files and this works, but I
need to preserve the fpormat and attatchments of the original mails.

Are you running the import from a read-only source? (The messaging subsystem
needs the ability to open the file for exclusive and read/write access.)
