Password protect stored passwords

In Firefox, I have a global password that I enter before any passwords are
automatically filled in for me. This prevents just anyone from opening my
browser and accessing sites for which I have stored passwords.

I can't find this feature in Internet Explorer. Where should I look?

There isn't this feature in IE.
