password protect single form

I need to create a form that pops up a msgbox and asks for a password. I
want to only allow certain users to be able to open the form. Can some one
provide me with a step-by-step process on accomplishing this with out writing
it in code.

There is no way to do this without code.

Access User Level Security will provide the *best* security
for you, but if you just need something simple for a single
form and/or report you could try these Microsoft KB articles:

It does require code, but the steps are pretty easy to follow.
