password protect pages on website?

I've been asked to create a password protect to access a page of a website
I'm working on, and don't know how to go about it. Can anyone please direct
as if if this can be done and if so how???

I was looking around to do the same thing and ran across
this. If I can find an easier way I will try to let you
know. I am using FP 2003 and am very new to this so
cannot offer much more help.
