I want to password protect outlook so that a person
sitting at my pc cannot access outlook without typing a
password... how can this be done?

Thank you

You can set a password on a Personal Folders File. If the folder list isn't
visible in Outlook, click View | Folder List. Right-click the root folder
(usually "Personal Folders" or "Outlook Today"), click Properties on the
popup menu, click the Advanced button on the General tab, then click Change
Password. Be VERY careful not to forget the password, as there is no
guarantee you'll ever be able to get back into your file without it.
