You cannot do this. You can however use the security tab to restrict which
user(s) and group(s) can access the file or folder.
You may need to disable simple file sharing (in explorer goto View>Folder
Options, the second tab, adn then uncheck the very last setting). Once
you've done this, you can right click any file or folder, goto properties,
and then in the security tab, you can restrict access.
