Password protect downloadable Files from Web site

Is there any way to set-up a password on downloadable files from my web site.
I need to set something up so where only certian people can acess files such
as excell spreadsheets or word documents. How do I do this in Frontpage, if I
can? Thanks.

Requires a server with ASP & Access DB

among others.
