password protect a Word doc?

Hello,
We're using Office (and Word) 2003 w/ SP2.

I see one can pwd protect a document to limit the editing, formatting
etc..., but is there a way to pwd protect a Word doc so that it cannot be
viewed at all by folks who shouldn't be?

Select from Menu..Tools/Options/Security and then your Password to open and
noone can see it unless password is entered
