Password Protect a single sub folder of the inbox in Outlook 2003

I was reading a book that had a bunch of Scripts and tricks and one trick was password protecting one or more folders in Outlook. I have created a subfolder called CEO and it has email from our CEO automatically placed in that sub folder. Here is the problem, without that trick I saw (of course I can't remember how they did it) there is no easy way to Protect this email from being viewed. I know I can password protect the entire .pst but this is Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition and Outlook 2003. Someone could take over a mail box and if that happens I want this email sub folder secured even against Exchange Administrators. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,
