Password Protect a Sheet

I would like one of the sheets in my workbook to be visible only to users
that know an assigned password.

I know that I can hide the sheet & then protect the structure of the
workbook with a password but then to see the worksheet users have to disable
the protection, unhide the worksheet, view it, hide it & re-enable the
protection.

I am looking for something easier - does it exist??

I think what you describe is the easiest way.

But remember that anything you put in that hidden sheet can be found by the
curious in a just a few moments if they really want.

Actually, even easier would be to not put that kind of worksheet in a common
workbook. Put it in its own workbook--and share that workbook with your trusted
co-workers.
