Password on domain with active directory

I have a client that is member of a domain .
On 28 gen I have changed the password on my account .
At the next restart of client the login fail with the new
passord.
If I log in with no connnection on the net I log in
correctly with new password .

But if then I connect to the domain I can't change the
password because the system login
response is : "You do not have permission to change your
password "
I call the administrator and tell him to deblock the
password but I can't login too.

How can I solve the problem ??

Thank
