Password manager and form filler

Can anyone please recommend a good freeware Password manager and form
filler?

I used to use Roboform until it limited free version users to 10 sites.
Don't suppose anyone knows how to obtain a copy of the last version before
they made this change?

There are several others around including Password Keychain but I would
welcome a strong recommendation.

Any suggestions please?
