Password In Content advisor

How do I get rid of the password in Content Advisor. My
customer has forgotten thiers.
 
If the Content Advisor password is forgotten, manually reset the forgotten Content Advisor password:

If you wish to restore Content Advisor to its original condition, download this program (CA-Reset.exe - 89.5K)

NOTE: Using CA-Reset will completely delete your Approved List
