Hi Matt,
If you know the administrator password, sure. In a Home system, there is
none by default and you can logon in Safe mode. In Pro, one is prompted at
setup - only you know if you created one.
Once into the system, start/run "control userpasswords2" (no quotes). Click
the advanced button on the advanced tab. Click on the Users folder,
right-click your user name and select "set password". Be aware that there
