password for Bios

I must have set a password protect ,when trying to enter the Bios .I have a
gigabyte Motherboard (GA-7VKML).Can anyone help as I have forgotten the
password,and need to enter the C.Mos

remove the cmos battery for 10 minutes or longer

There's a 'clear CMOS' jumper on nearly all mobos. Normally you would
temporarily short pin 1 and 2. Check your manual - if you dont have one -
d-load it.
