Password Expired

there are some users in my enterprise that complain that their password is
expiring every 2 weeks, however, I have a gpo that states that the password
should expire every 90 days... is there a answer to this?

If these user/s are seeing that and others aren't, were they under a gpo at
one time that did force a change every two weeks? If so, then they may not
be getting the new policy (or any policy) applied and are still working
under the old settings. Verify that they are actually getting policies
applied with either RSOP (xp) or Gpresult (2k). Lack of dns resolution is
one cause of not getting policies applied.

The policy that i set, which forces a 90 day password expiration, was set 3
months ago. and it was set to the global domain.
And the old policy was set to 42 days.

So either way it should not be 2 weeks...
but for some users it still is..

Just for grins, verify that all dc's have the same setting either via gui or
with gpotool utility. Also verify that those clients are actually getting
their policies with rsop/gpresult (use the /v switch for verbose with
gpresult)
