Password expire

I have a Administrator that took his laptop on vaction to florida before he
left he was gitting the message "your password will expire in 2 days". but
the administrator did not change his password. now he is saying that it will
not let him in becouse his password has expired. I would like to know if
there is any way to let him in to his account on his laptop. can I change
the expiration date for a week longer. We do not have any VPN setup. Are
network is all 2003.
 
He needs to be able to access the domain controller to change his password.

Can he dial in using dialup networking?

do a google on "reset admin password" there are anumber of ways to fix him
up ...I hope he/she has some computer knowledge :>
