Password Expiration in Windows XP Home

How do I modify the password expiration in Windows XP
Home Edition? Under XP Pro, I can goto the Local
Security Policy settings to change, but I have been
unable to find this setting in XP Home. Please advise,

Windows XP Home Edition does not have a password expiration
feature (by design).
