Password cannot be changed in organization

Hi All

I have Windows 2000. Password policy is domain level.

I have minimum password time as: "0"

Still, no one is able to change their password.

What could possible be wrong?

I read through that last week and tried it all. Still, no luck.

Not for the moment its late here and I have to sleep. If you have Windows XP
Clients use the command line based tool gpupdate to ensure they are updated.
You can also use the tool gpresult to ensure the policies applies correct to
your clients. How ever I will follow up your post tomorrow.
 
I've found out that the clients are being update with the GPO, but STILL
they are unable to change their password.

However, the DC's are NOT being updated with the GPO. Very odd.
